How do I post an Ad? Posting an Ad is completely
free. Visit our
home page
and simply follow the instructions below:
- Click the "Post Ad" tab on the top.
- Choose the most appropriate category for your Ad.
- Enter the required details. You have the option of uploading up to five photos and
entering your contact address.
- Then enter your email address and click the "Post Your Ad" button.
- It will take a few minutes for the Ad to appear on the site after activation from
your email. However, some ads may require approval before appearing on the site.
Do I have to register to post an Ad? No, you do not
need to register to post an Ad on Khrido. However you can create an account for
managing your ads.
Can I include images in my Ad? Yes, you can include
up to five images. When you are on the "Post Ad" or "Edit Ad" page, click the "Browse"
button. Select the picture files from your computer's hard disk and click "OK".
Only JPEG, GIF and PNG format pictures up to 4 MB in size are acceptable.
When does my Ad(s) expire? Ads remain active for
60 days after posting and then will be automatically removed. You can also remove
or repost it from the "My Account" page. You will be notified via email few days
before your Ad is about to expire.
Can I post in multiple cities? We do not encourage
our members to post in multiple cities unless you are a commercial trader or you
can provide your services in multiple cities. If you are able to provide your services
or products at other destinations you can post in multiple cities and you should
mark your Ad as 'Commercial Trader' or 'Offers Delivery' or both.
How often can I post? You may post up to total of
20 posts per person per day. This restriction is to avoid the spammers from posting
spam on our website, and to avoid the inconvenience it causes to our members. Please
contact us
if you want to post more than 20 ads per day.
Why have I not received a confirmation email? Make
sure to check your "Bulk" or "Junk" folder in your email inbox to see if you have
received any email from Khrido. If you still can't find the email, please
contact us.
I requested to publish my posting but I don't see it on the list?
It may take a few minutes for your posting to appear on the site. If your posting
does not appear in the category where you posted it, try to refresh or reload your
browser.
Can I add a picture to my posting? Yes, you can
add up to five images with your posting.
Can I add HTML tags or URLs in my posting? No, we
do not allow adding HTML tags in your posting.
Can I put a link in my posting pointing to any other site?
No, we do not allow posters to put links to other sites from Khrido. We do not allow
unsolicited bidding on Khrido, and do not link to offsite auction sites.
Can I scalp tickets on Khrido? Scalping tickets
is against the law in many cities. In those cities, we do not allow tickets to be
sold over face value. Since we cannot know the price of every ticket for every event
in every city, we encourage the community to notify us when they see tickets violating
this policy.
How can I edit my Ad? Login to your account and from
your control panel, go to Ad management page to Edit your Ad(s).
How can I delete my Ad? Login to your account, and
from your control panel go to Ad management page to delete your ads. You can also
delete your ads from the "Ad Details" page. In any case, all the ads are deleted
after 60 days of the posting.
How can I repost my Ad? Login to your account, and
from your control panel go to Ad management page to repost your ads. You will receive
a notification of your Ad expiry and at that time you will be able to repost your
Ad. Your Ad repost button will be enabled a few days before your Ad is about to
expire.
Why was my Ad removed from the site? There may be
one or more of the following reasons for removing an Ad from the site, including:
- Ad has violated our terms of use.
- Ad has reached its expiry date.
- Users marked the Ad as spam, illegal, abuse or miscategorized.
What should I do if I see an Ad that I think is spam, abuse, miscategorized
or illegal? If you find an Ad you think as spam, abuse, miscategorized
or illegal, please bring it to our attention by clicking on the appropriate links
"Report this Ad a spam" etc. from the "Ad Details" page.
If there is a posting on Khrido, which I would like to comment on,
can I comment? If you feel the need to give your opinion, please
respond to the poster directly via email or their preferred contact method.
How can I contact the poster of an Ad? To contact
the advertiser, use the form on the right hand side of an "Ad Details" page. Enter
your email address and a message. Then type in the verification number and click
the "Send Message" button. Your message will be sent to the advertiser.
What is K-Shop and how can I create one? Khrido
Shop or K-Shop is your own personalized store. You can generate a link to your store
from your "My Account" page. You will then be able to promote your products or services
more efficiently by referring or distributing this link to your contacts. You will
have the benefit of showing all your products or services at one place to your targeted
community. Further, you can also set the title, description, logo and contact address

Can I advertise my business on Khrido? Yes, feel

Are Ads screened before they go on the site? We are
not able to manually screen all the postings on this web site. Help us in reducing
spam by informing us or by clicking on the appropriate link on the "Ad Details"
page.
What kind of postings are not allowed? Please consult

terms of use
section on our website. Category-specific guidelines posted in specific sections
of the site must also be observed. Soliciting illegal activity either implicitly
or explicitly on Khrido is prohibited. We also provide a partial list of items prohibited
for sale or trade on Khrido.
What should I do if someone harasses me by posting a prank posting?
If you suspect that you are the target of a posting abuse or harassment, please
contact us
and ask to have the posting removed. Please have the posting title, Ad ID, category,
and email address ready. We take cases of abuse and harassment seriously and cooperate
fully with law enforcement in their pursuit of perpetrators.
How can I report any spam emails I receive? Please
contact
Khrido for any suspicious emails.
Do you provide users with the archives of the postings, say from
8 months ago? That may not be possible. Since postings are generally
deleted within 60 days after they are posted. But we will gladly cooperate with
the urgency of the matter.
What are "Cookies" and "JavaScript" and why must they be enabled?
"Cookies" are small bits of text stored on your computer that are sent to our web
site to identify you from other visitors. We use cookies for a variety of purposes
such as remembering what city you live in, storing your ads, remembering your preferences
and more. Please make sure cookies are enabled in your browser when visiting Khrido.

Why is my city not included in Khrido cities list?
If you think your country, state or city should be included in the Khrido site for
the city you live in, then please send us a request to include your city.
Does Khrido offer any type of mediation between buyers and sellers?
Khrido is a convenient platform to connect buyers and sellers. All transactions
and the details of the transactions are completed between the two parties. Khrido
does not get involved in these details or the transaction itself. We do not offer
any types of verification of who a person is. If you have any questions or concerns
about a transaction please contact the other party and do your best to resolve the
situation between the two of you. You are solely responsible for any transactions
done through Khrido.
What does Khrido charge for? Khrido is completely
free. We do not charge for anything. You will not be charged if your item sells
through a posting or you buy on Khrido.
Why should I register? Registration is only required
if you want to:
